This bill provides partial funding for an ad in the New York Times
to oppose the proposed federal financial aid cuts.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

$750 shall be allocated from Central Reserve to provide partial
funding for a full page ad in the New York Times. This ad
will oppose the proposed cuts in financial aid.

SECTION 2:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
