BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union THAT: SECTION 1: The Election Commission is hereby directed to place the following referendum question on the ballot of UCSU Election XV B to be held on 12 and 13 November 1981: "Should the University of Colorado Student Union (UCSU) seek legal recourse to the President of i. the University of Colorado's expropriation of the UCSU's interest income monies from the fourth quarter of Fiscnl Year 1981, an act in violation of the Gpnstitu~ion of the UCSU, Article VII, as endorsed by the Board of Regents of the University of Colorado."
