A BILL
To direct the Election Commission to place the following referendum
on the Special Election ballot.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union,
THAT:
SECTION 1:

The Election Commission is hereby directed to place the following
referendum question on the November 1981, Election XVII:
"Do you oppose the mandatory draft and draft registration?
YES

SECTION 2:

I-I

NO

"

This referendum shall be placed upon the ballot of UCSU
Election XVII upon passage of this bill.
