A bill which places an advisory referendum on the Special Election on
Nov. 12, 13, 1981.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado
Student Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The Election Commissioner is directed to place the following advisory
referendum on the ballot in the Special Election:
"Would you approve of an approximate expenditure of $15,000 to
$20,000 of Recreation Center mandatory student fees
for jacuzzi acquisition and installation by the Recreation
Center?
YES

SECTION 2:

NO

II

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
