A BILL
To impeach Micheal Clarken, Justice of the Appellate Court,
due to the confusion involved in the last trial.

BE IT ENACTED By the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

A new trial for Justice Michael Clarken shall be held.

SECTION 2:

The charges filed in the last trial shall stand as the charges for
this trial.

SECTION 3:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
