A BILL
To establish and fund a Conference entitled "To Form A More Perfect Union"
which will take place January 30, 1982.

BILL PREAMBLE
In keeping with the spirit of the organization of a union, the intent
of this Conference is to foster a more cooperative spirit within UCSU.
With the onset of a new year UCSU is faced with many new challenges in
addition to the old. With the implementation of a Conference such as
this we can provide an atmosphere conclusive to the sharing of ideas,
definition of purpose, and goal setting.

BE IT ENACTED By the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union,
THAT:
SECTION 1:

Seeing that the conference benefits the entire union it shall
be funded from Central Reserve not to exceed $1000.00.

SECTION 2:

Upon conclusion of the Conference the Executive Council will
evaluate the worth and results of the Conference.

SECTION 2.5:

Deliberate attempts to invite students, expecially group leaders,
will be made.

SECTION 3:

Provided that the Conference is deemed sucessful as well as beneficial,
it will be added as a separate line item to the UCSU operations budget for
fiscal year 1982-83.

SECTION 4:

This bill will become effective upon passage.
