A BILL
A bill which facilitates a public response to the proposed Reagan
education cuts.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union,
THAT:
SECTION 1:

$700.00 of Executive Council Reserve shall be allocated to finance an
initial drive to inform the university community on Reagan's proposed
cuts in financial aid.
(Through ads, letters to financial aid recipients,
faculty, flyers, postage, address printing, signs, etc).

SECTION 2:

The itemized expenditure of these funds shall be approved,
as necessary, by consensus of the Executives and President ProTempore, for the week of February 4, 1982 through February 11, 1982.
All expenses will be reported to Executive Council.

SECTION 3:

This bill shall become effective upon passage in anticipation of
further activities in the future.
