A BILL
A bill to co-sponsor an educational rally on the El Salvador
situation with Committee in Solidarity with the People of
El Salvador (CISPES).

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado
stUdent Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Because students voted (80.2% to 19.8 %) against
continued aid for the current government in El Salvador
the UCSU shall co-sponsor a rally on February 20, 1982
on the Boulder Mall in front of the Courthouse
which addresses this issue.

SECTION 2:

The UCSU shall allocate ~50 for advertisements on this
rally (two in the Colorado Daily, one in the
Campus Press ) .

SECTION 3:

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
