A BILL
BILL SUMMARY:
A bill stipulating that UCSU Joint Board voting members may
not be employed in that same area.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Those persons who serve on a UCSU Joint Board in a voting
capacity, may not be employed in the area of jurisdiction
of that Board.

SECTION 2:

This bill shall become an amendment to the UCSU By-Laws effective
immediately for persons applying to Boards, but not to effect
people currently on Boards.
