A BILL

BILL SUMMARY
This bill shall mandate a financial report each month at Executive
Council stating the free balance of Central Reserve and Executive
Council Reserve, acct number 1391028.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado
Student Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Each month a verbal financial report stating the balance of
Executive Council Reserve (acct no 1391028) and Central
Reserve accounts shall be made at Executive Council.

SECTION 2:

This report shall be made at the beginning of the President
Pro-Tempore report by either the President Pro-Tempore
or the Finance Director.

SECTION 3:

This bill enables the Executive Council to make conscientious
allocations with respect to FY 82-83 and prevents future
deficit spending of these accounts which occurrred in FY 81-82.

SECTION 4:

This shall become effective April 1, 1982.
