A BILL
To arrange for voting machines for the Fall 1982 Election.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The UCSU Election Commissioner will arrange to borrow twenty to
thirty voting machines from the County of Boulder.

SECTION 2:

UCSU will provide transport for these machines to and from campus
before and after the election. THE UCSU will enter into a contractual
arrangement for printing of punch-hole type ballots not later
than July 15, 1982. The UCSU will enter into contractual
arrangement for the writing of the necessary computer program
no later than August 15, 1982.

SECTION 3:

The Executive Council will contract with the Election Commissioner following the Spring 1982 Elections to make these
contractual arrangements.

SECTION 4:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
