A recommendation to the Disciplinary Committee.

BILL HISTORY
The execution and conduct of the election of the former UCSU Executives
(Spring, 1981) has come under question from within and from outside
of UCSU.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The Disciplinary Committee of the University bring before
it John Joyner and Steve Balcerovich, Kay Coulson, John Traylor,
Kersten Lanes and. appropriate others associated with their
Spring 1981 election campaign for the Office of UCSU Executive
and inquire into the execution and conduct of that election.

SECTION 2:

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
