BE IT ENACTED BY the Executive Council of the University of Colorado
Student Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The Election Commission is hereby directed to place
the following referendum on the ballot of UCSU
Election XV B to be held 12 and 13 November 1981:
"Should the University of Colorado Student Union
(UCSU) create and implement an organization to
serve as its agent in the budgetary process of the
University of Colorado.
