BILL SUMMARY

This bill sets aside monies for the preparation of a solar retrofit
presentation for the National Passive Solar Design Competition in Knoxville,
Tenn. on Aug. 28- Sept. 2nd, and sponsored by the International Solar Energy
Society (ISES).

BE IT ENACTED BY the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

$3,000.00 shall be allocated to prepare a presentation.'for
the National Passive Solar Design Competition held at the
World's Fair. That same product shall be used as the basis
for further funding/construction presentations.

SECTION 2:

People shall be contracted through appropriate Buying and
Contracting procedures to prepare for this competition.

SECTION 3:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
