A bill to place a question on the Spring 1983 ballot concerning the safety
of student managed facilities in case of nuclear warfare.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
· SECTION 1:

The UCSU Election Commissioner is directed to place the
following questions on the Spring UCSU Election ballot:

1.

"Shall all student run buildings (UMC, Recreation
Center and Wardenburg) be considered as nuclear
free zones
YES

NO ? "
