BILL SUMMARY
A bill to place a question on the Spring 1983 ballot concerning the
collection of student fees.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The UCSU Election Commissiner is directed to place the
following questions on the Spring UCSU Election ballot:
"Shall UCSU retain authority, as it has in the past, to
determine for itself which funding mechanism shall be used to
collect student group fees
YES

SECTION 2:

NO

?"

This shall take effect upon passage.
