BILL SUMMARY

A UCSU Constitutional change of Article VII, E. 3 a & b concerning
Joint Boards.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The following question shall be placed on the Spring
ballot of the UCSU elections:

SECTION 2:

"Shall the UCSU Constitution, Article VII, E.3 a & b
on Joint Boards be amended to read as follows:
"Representative Council members elected in either regular fall or
spring elections shall serve as the voting representative
immediately upon officially taking their seat on the Executive
Council. Their voting term shall coincide with their voting term
on Executive Council, lasting one year
