BILL SUMMARY

Makes the recommendation to Finance Board from UCSU Executive Council
that an additional staff person for UCSU Legal Services be hired.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

In order to serve more students and to provide more complete
and efficient service, an additional UCSU Legal Services
staff person position shall be recommended to be made
permanent.

SECTION 1.5:

Amaximumof$12,000shallbeallocated . in the regular budget c ycle
for this purpose.

SECTION 2:

This legislation shall take effect upon passage.
