BILL SUMMARY
To establish a petition vs. the add freeze.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

A petition drive shall be established to gather student signatures.

SECTION 2:

The petition shall say:
"We the undersigned, shall not be held responsible for
miscalculations by the administration with regard to the
enrollment cap imposed by the Colorado State Legislature. We
petition the Colorado State Legislature to increase flexibility in
the cap on resident enrollment at the University of Colorado,
Boulder in order to accommodate all tuition and fee paying
students at UCB.
