BILL SUMMARY
By-Law Amendment and Amendment to 18ECB-15.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The UCSU By-Laws Article III, Legislative Branch, A, Executive
Council , Part 2 should be amended by adding the
following:
"The Executive Council shall elect an Executive Council
Treasurer (for a term of one semester) following every Rep.
Council Election.

SECTION 2:

a.

The Treasurer shall be allowed time during the ProTempore's report to inform Executive Council of the
status of Executive Council Reserve.

b.

The Treasurer shall act as a liaison between the UCSU,
Finance Director(s) and the Executive Council."

The Executive Council Bill 1115 of the 18th Session shall be
amended so that Section 3 reads:
"The CRAC shall be composed of six (6) members. Five chosen
from and elected by the Executive Council. The Executive
Council Treasurer shall serve as a bonified member of CRAC
but can vote only to make or break ties."

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall take effect upon passage.
