A BILL

BILL SUMMARY
To have an education process for Joint Board appointees before ratification
by Executive Council.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:
After a board appointment has been made, the individual
appointed shall go through an education process administered
by the Chair of Appointments Committee and the chair of the
particular Joint Board.
SECTION A:

Will enforce the educational process by meeting with the
appointee before ratification.

SECTION 2:

This education process shall be completed before ratification by
Executive Council.

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall take effect upon passage.
