BILL SUMMARY
To call for a student assembly on funding for student groups.

BILL HISTORY
When the Vice Chancellor for Academic Services took negative funding
options from UCSU, she also took away our rights and responsibilities as a
student government. Since then we have fought among ourselves over various
funding methods. It is time to take the decision to the students and let them
determine our proper course.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

As written in Article XI, Section D of the UCSU Constitution,
we, the members of the UCSU Executive Council do formally call
for a student assembly over the question of student group funding.

SECTION 2:

This assembly will be held on Wednesday March 2nd at 7:30 p.m.

SECTION 3:

This legislation will take effect upon passage.
