BILL SUMMARY
To place a referendum question on the Spring 1983 ballot.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The following question shall be placed on the Spring 1983
ballot:
"Shall each student be mandatorialy assessed a fee of $1.50
per student per semester for the support of student groups
ranging from community service groups, political advocacy
groups, minority student groups, to sexual preference groups.
These groups are currently funded through the Student
Organizations Committee of UCSU

SECTION 2:

NO

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
