BILL SUMMARY
Amendment to the UCSU By-Laws which adds a clause concerning contracts.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

Article III, Section A, 5 a) vii shall read:
"Contracts: All contracts shall be introduced at least one
week prior to being voted upon; introduction shall consist of, but
not limited to, the referral to and approval by a Joint Board, or a
UCSU Standing or Ad-Hoc Committee."

SECTION 2:

This amendment shall take effect upon passage.
