BILL SUMMARY
Amends the Election Code.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Coloardo Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

SECTION 3:

Since the Student Finance Agency accounts have been
eliminated for candidates running in the UCSU elections, Article
V, Section 15 shall be eliminated to comply with the other
amendments made to the Code regarding this p~licy change.
The sections following Section 15 shall be renumbered accordingly.
This legislation shall take effect upon passage.
