A BILL

To allocate $500 to the CU Soccer Club for travel expenses to the Big 8
tournment in Stillwater, Oklahoma on April 16-17.

BILL HISTORY

The Soccer Club has come before us once before, and was referred to Rec
Board. Rec Board considered the proposal and rejected it for lack of funds in
the club sports travel area. This money cannot be taken out of Rec Board
fund balance because it does not fall under the proper guidelines. Since the
CU Soccer Club has shown ample effort to raise over $400 to go towards this
tournament, Rec Board feels that UCSU should allocate these funds.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1

$500 shall be allocated to the CU Soccer Club to travel

to the Big 8 tournament.
SECTION 2:

This Inoney shall be taken from Executive Council Reserve.

SECTION 3:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
