BILL SUMMARY

A bill to place a referendum on the Spring 1983 UCSU ballot.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:

· SECTION 1:

A referendum shall be placed on the Spring 1983 ballot:
"Shall UCSU continue to assess the students of the University of
Colorado !·.25 per semester for the next three years, as a part of
student fees to go to the College of Music Student Union for use in
the student concert fund

SECTION 2:

NO

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
