BILL HISTORY The Committee on Personal Safety (C.O.P.S.) was established by Vice Chancellor Kaye Howe, the Ombudsperson Office and UCSU, to promote safety on the Boulder campus. The education ~ub-committee has developed an extensive survey to determine the extent of the threat to one's personel safety that exists on campus. BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT: SECTION 1: UCSU shall allocate $600 from over-realized interest income to C.O.P.S. to develop and distribute a survey regarding safety.
