BILL HISTORY Hugh Kaufman is the whistle-blower at EPA and contributed to Anne Burford's resignation. His allegations have also put considerable pressure on the President. Students would greatly benefit from Mr. Kaufman's attempt to substantiate the charges of misconduct at EPA. BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT: SECTION 1: $570 from Executive Council Reserve for an honorarium (total is $1200) for Hugh Kaufman to speak during April. SECTION 2: The regional director from the EPA shall also be invited.
