BILL SUMMARY
To override the Executive Veto of the 1983-84 UCSU Budget Request.

BILL HISTORY
18ECB-30 which would have provided mandatory funds for SOC groups was
rejected by the Executive Council 8-10-0. 18ECB-48 which provided $13,500
as stop-gap funding for SOC and instructed the Election Commissioner to
place a question for mandatory funding for SOC on the Spring '83 ballot
passed by 13-4-1 and 13-3-0.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Executive Veto of the UCSU 1983-84 Budget Request is hereby
overridden.

SECTION 2:

This legislation takes effect upon passage.
