BILL SUMMARY
Amends the Standing Rules of the Executive Council •
· BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Article X of the Standing Rules of the Executive Council of
the USCU shall be changed and shall read as follows:
"SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
·'
There will be no smoking of any kind or comsumption of
alcoholic beverages in Executive Council chambers while
Council is in session."

SECTION 2:

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
