BILL SUMMARY
Amends the UCSU By-Laws.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Stl'dent
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Article XII, Section D, Sub-Section 1 of the UCSU By-Laws shall
have created a new paragraph which shall read as follows:
"e.

SECTION 2:

Guaranteed monies shall not be used to pay salaries of
elected members of a Local School's Legislative or
Executive Branch."

This legislation shall become effective upon passage by
Executive Council.
