BILL SUMMARY

Allocates $300 for UCSU/Retention Services brochure concerning SOC groups.
BILL HISTORY
Every year students come to CU for a well-rounded program of
academics and activities. To draw upon this nee d, UCSU with Retention
Services publishes a comprehensive brochure describing all the SOC groups
available and includes a mail-in form for students to return if they are
interested in joining any of these groups.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The following amount shall be allocated from Executive
Council Reserve to pay for half of the expenses for the SOC
brochure:

SECTION 2:

The brochure shall be in the mailboxes of the 3,600 freshmen
and 1,200 transfers shall receive t his in the mail. All additional
copies shall be available in the UCSU office and Retention
Services area.

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall take effect upon passage by Executive
Council.
