BILL SUMMARY
To Purchase 35 Ballot Boxes and their locks
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The UCSU shall purchase 35 Metal Ballot Boxes, and their locks
comparable in design to those utilized by the Boulder County Election
Commission.

SECTION 2:

Funds not to exceed $45.30 for both locks and boxes shall be
extracted from UCSU fund balance. Total shall not exceed
$1,680.63.

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall become effective upon passage.
