BILL HISTORY Cini-Grissom Associates came to CU in May, 1983, and submitted a report which has recommended a $5 million renovation for the UMC food service operations. The next phase of the project is to bring on an architect to design the structure of the proposed new food services and equipment involved. This next phase of the project must be done before any presentation can be made to the students for a vote on the issue, and before any bond issues can be secured. BE IT RESOLVED THAT: SECTION 1: A committee be set up that will chose an architect and a design and make recommendations to Executive Council as to the feasibility of the project. SECTION 2: This committee shall be made up of: 1. The UMC Board Chair or Vice Chair. 2. One other member of UMC Board selected by UMC Board. 3. The Finance Director or Assistant Finance Director. 4. One student at large member of Finance Board. 5. Three members of Executive Council elected at large. 6. The UMC Director shall be an ex-officio member 7. The UMC Food Service Director o 19ecb-28 Page 2 SECTION 3: This committee shall be dissolved once a recommended architect and design has been accepted by the Executive Council and the Board of Regents.
