BILL SUMMARY

The Election Commissioner shall be instructed to place
a referendum question on the Fall 1983 UCSU Election Ballot.
BILL HISTORY

Concern has been raised whether students approve of their student fees going
toward events held off campus, without their direct approval.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Comcil of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:

Section 1:

"Do you approve of your student fees being spent for events
that occur off campus, without your direct approval with regard
to the expenditure, through referendum question?
Yes

Section 2:

No?"

This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage
by the Executive Council.
