BILL HISTORY

The past executives (Miller /Ling) established the
Free Speech Forum, funding it at $3.50/per week and
allowed Joseph Thorn and Mark Fearer to facilitate the
activity.
BILL SUMMARY

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
Section 1:

UCSU Executive Council shall fund the Friday Free Speech Forum
which shall run Fall and Spring Semester at $3.50 per week.

Section 2:

The Free Speech Forum shall be run as it has been in the past
year.

Section 3:

This money shall be allocated from Executive Council Reserve.

Section 4:

This Bill shall go into effect upon passage.
