BILL SUMMARY
To Assist in the funding of the Conference on Volunteerism
and Community Involvement in the amount of $3,678.25. {21.8%
of conference total funds.) The Conference is scheduled on
campus for November 15-19, 1983. {See packet for details)

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado, Student
Union, THAT:

UCSU shall fund from Central Reserve $3,678.25 in the areas
of partial speaker honorarium, aire fare, lodging, and
advertising, or monetary awards.
UCSU shall assist in nominating and choosing the ten outstanding volunteers to be honored. A committee of seven
. members shall be selected to choose among the nominations
of those to .be honore. The committee shall consist of three
from Executive Council, one from ASSG, one from SBA, one from
Student Magazine and one from the Administration or Faculty.
UCSU shall participate as a co-sponsor of the Conference and
shall be invted to participate in the week's activities and
particularly the final awards banquet.
