BILL SUMMARY

The Health Center Board and Wardenburg will not submit any
recommendations to the Regents on mandatory Student Health
Insurance; until approval from the Executive Council.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The Health Board and Wardenburg will not submit any form of
report recommendation to the Regents without executive Council
approval.

SECTION 2:

Any person who submits such a report shall have to come before
Executive Council.

SECTION 3:

John Koela shall come before Executive Council, Thursday,
October 20, to explain what is the standing of mandatory
Student Health Insurance.

SECTION 4:

This Bill shall go into effect upon passage.
