BILL SUMMARY
Override Environmental Center /Board Decision.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
Section 1:

The Environmental Center Director shall not take any action until
the Environmental Board approves his/her decision/action.

Section 2:

The Executive Council hereby overturns the Environmental Board/
Center decision to fund a talk by Len Barron.

Section 3:

The Environmental Board and Environmental Center Director are
directed to attend the First of October meeting of the Executive
Council to discuss this policy decision in spite of the fact that
CEB denied funding for Mr. Barron.

Section 4:

This legislation shall become effective upon passage.
