Places a referendum question for a constitutional amendment
on the Fall 1983 Election Ballot.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Stud~nt

The following question shall be placed on the Fall 1983 UCSU
Ballot:
"Shall the following message be sent to President Reagan and
Congress: We the students of the University of Colorado,
Boulder urge the United States government to cease immediately
all military assistance to the government of El Salvador and all
forms of military intervention against Nicaragua.

SECTION 2:

This legislation takes effect upon passage.
