BILL SUMMARY
To Amend 19 ECB 1144
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

Section 1 of 19 ECB 1144 shall be struck and considered
null and void by the Executive Council.

SECTION 2:

The Environmental Board and Environmental Center Director
are directed to attend the First of October meeting of the
Executive Council to discuss this decision in regards to the
fact that CEB denied funding for Mr. Barron.

SECTION 3:

This legislation shall become effective upon passage •
