BILL HISTORY
During recent years there has been many complaints about UCSU
Executive Staff members not keeping office hours, or not
performing their jobs adequately. Usually this criticism is focused
on the availability of UCSU Executive Staff members in either the
UCSU offices of at their places of employment.

BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

All UCSU Executive Staff members shall perform their duties to at
least a minimal standard as defined by their job description.

SECTION 2:

All UCSU Executive Staff members shall submit a bi-weekly time
log to the Executive Secretary consisting of time and location
spent with regard to their respective positions.

SECTION 3:

Any UCSU Executive Staff member who does not fulfill these
standards may be summoned before UCSU Executive Council so as
to answer any allegations concerning their job performance.

SECTION 4:

If UCSU Executive Council is not satisfied with the explanation
of said UCSU Executive Staff member, a recommendation may be
made by Executive Council to the Executives for discipline or
removal of said Executive Staff member.

SECTION 5:

This legislation takes effect upon passage by the Executive Council.
