BILL SUMMARY
To fund Profes~or Nguyen, Ngoc Bich coming from Washington D.C.
to give a speech on Vietnamese poetry on July 7th & 9th to the amount
of S583.

BILL HISTORY
This bill is brought to Executive Council because of the
misunderstanding between VISA and the CEB chair when the Regents
passed its bill concerning funding SOC groups with mandatory fees.
Since there is a 45 day requirement for CEB, this event would not make
it through CEB for funding request.

BE IT ENACTED By the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

Executive Council shall appropriate $583 out of Council
Reserve in order to fund this event.

SECTION 2:

$583 shall be used in the following manner:

AIRFARE

Coming July 7 a.m.
Leaving July 10 a.m.
LODGING
(3 days - Thurs, Fri, Sat)
3 days @$30 = $90
MEALS
$54
3 days @ $18/day
