A BILL

BILL SUMMARY

UCSU Executive Council shall allocate $40,000 to purchase
a defense device in order to maintain UCSU autonomy and
to adhere to the Peace through Superior Firepower Doctrine.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado student
Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

UCSU Executive Council shall allocate $40,000 to purchase a
variable-angle, rapid-fire, point-defense type Anti-Aircraft gun.

SECTION 2:

This device shall be placed on the top of the UMC to maintain
a constant defense against arial attack of CU Boulder.

SECTION 3:

UCSU Executive Council shall allocate $5,000 to send two (2)
members of Executive Council to an unnamed middle-eastern
country to purchase said device.

SECTION 4:

This bill will take effect upon passage
