BILL SUMMARY
Eliminates Draft Counseling since here is no Draft Counselor, no
Draft Counseling Office, or a so-called draft. Draft counseling
services are available in places other than the University
of Colorado.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

UCSU shall not allocate any more manditory student fees toward
the Draft Counseling Service.

SECTION 2:

This bill shall become effective upon passage.
