BILL SUMMARY
To allocate Jane Bermanr1, the 1983 Spring Election Commissioner, her bonus
which is not to exceed $100.
BILL HISTORY
The Spring 1983 UCSU elections were ~onsidered valid by the UCSU Appellate
Court and according to that Commissioner Jan Bermann ran the best Spring
election in recent years.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

As directed by 17ECB-19, Section 2, the maximum
bonus to be considered for the Election Commissioner upon
completion of the election shall not exceed $100.

SECTION 2:

Since the Spring 1983 election is considered valid,
Jane Bermann shall be allocated all of her $100 bonus for her hard
work and dedicated efforts of the past election.

SECTION. 3:

This bill shall take effect upon passage.
