Puts a referendum question on the Falll983 ballot.
BE IT ENACTED by the Executive Council of the University of Colorado Student
Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

The following referendum question shall be placed on
the Fal.ll983 election ballot by the Election Commissioner:
"Shall each student of the University of Colorado, Boulder,
Campus One, donate an amount not to exceed 1% of total student
fees in 1983, to the student newspaper, the CU Campus Press
YES

SECTION 2:

NO

?"

This legislation shall become effective upon passage by
Executive Council.
