A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS:

The Finance Office in Rege nts will be unable to tell UCSU how
much money was collected from the Positive Check-Off PreRegistration forms collected last Spring; and,

WHEREAS:

SOC voted that the following policy be enforced.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Executive Council at the University of
Colorado Student Union, THAT:
SECTION 1:

From July 1st to Oct 15, 1983, or until SOC can obtain an accurate
record of the amount of funding available whichever is earlier no
SOC group will be allowed to spend more than 15% of its
allocated budget.

SECTION 2:

Any account s exceeding this amount will be frozen by the
Student Finance Office unless they get prior approval by SOC due
to extenuating circumstances.
