19 EXECUTIVE COUNCIL RESOLUTION //113

A RESOLUTION

WHEREAS:

Many students on this campus have little knowledge of UCSU
as a whole and related activities; and,
Publishing of the Executive Council agenda weekly would
give students an opportunity to become more aware of
current activities. This would also serve as a catalyst
to students to participate in student government, in
inviting them to come to the meetings and express their
views on certain subjects that they feel strongly about.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Executive Council of the University of .
Colorado Student Union, THAT:

SECTION 1:

The UCSU Executive Council shall inform the Colorado Daily
Campus Press and KAIR the contents of the Executive Agenda for
Public Dissemination.

SECTION 2:

The Publicity Committee shall be responsible for compiling an
abbreviated agenda to be distributed to the public news media.

Section 3:

This Resolution takes effect upon passage.
